Short lived Bodmin School based band. Curly and Albert played with the band on one occasion. Albert remembers...
"...a 2 hour practice/rehearsal after school with John in charge teaching us the 12-Bar Blues type songs that he played with "Screamin Demon" and "Eddy" before. Curly and I taught them "The Rise and Fall of Flingle Bunt " and "Wipe Out". It was a real pressure gig at the time we had about 2 hours rest and then we were the opening support band before the "Hayseeds" . They were paid and we were not but Hey-Ho ... such is life ... we did it for the fun and experience."
Leonard wasn't known for his singing abilities but always looked the part, often using a whole pot of Brylcreem to dampen down his curly locks. After each booking the band would have to sit in the car with the overwhelming smell of his hair products!
