Around 1969m they appeared in the weekly variety show at Falmouth's Princess Pavilion during the summer season and were also the resident band for the Friday/Saturday and Sunday evenings.

The show ran on Wednesday and Thursday evenings but they only appeared in the Thursday show as on Wednesdays they were playing at the Perran Sands Holiday Centre which was then owned by Colin's family.
