Run in the cellar of what is now the Longboat Inn this popular folk centred club was run by Goudie Charles, a bass player married to singer Kris Gayle.
Regular performers were Kris Gayle and Jazz Roots, The Famous Jug Band, The Temple Creatures, Mike Silver and John Cox, Jonathan Baker and Iain Jackson. Each of these artists had a regular night. |
